Hi, I’m Monica!

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, but moved to Arizona to attend college where I now reside with my wonderful husband and two sons. Through the years, I have worked 8-5 jobs and realized my true passion lies within energy healing and helping others along their spiritual journey. 

Since I was young, I’ve always felt the urge to place my hands on or hug people that were hurting or injured. It felt like, somehow, this could alleviate their pain. As time went on, I developed these gifts and found Reiki. The moment I heard about it, I knew I needed to incorporate it into my life. After becoming a Reiki Master in 2009, I felt a deep desire to utilize this to help others. As my spiritual journey has evolved, I’ve been led to Golden Light Healing, dowsing, crystals and sound healing. Because our experiences, lives, and energies are different, I have found it’s helpful to have a variety of ways to be of assistance.

I know how difficult it can be to fully embrace who you are and step into your power. In fact, I spent many years keeping this side of me a secret. However, I believe it’s important to fully let yourself be seen if you want to lead a path of true happiness. With this work, it is my hope that I can utilize my gifts to assist others (especially my fellow moms) in understanding their power, beauty, and purpose. I strongly believe in the power of energy healing and the transformation, value, and evolution it can bring to your life. Some fun facts about me: I enjoy hiking and spending time in nature, working out, dancing, and traveling. It always brings me joy to be surrounded by loved ones but I have also fallen in love with solitude, meditation, and journaling.
